I've been dealing with sleep apnea for a while, but the real challenge started after I lost both of my upper lung lobes to lung cancer. The doctors recommended using a CPAP, but even on the lowest setting, I'm really struggling to exhale against the incoming air. It's honestly exhausting and doesn't feel right. I've tried adjusting it, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone have experience with this kind of issue? I'm looking for any tips, workarounds, or alternative solutions that might make breathing easier while using a CPAP or even something completely different
