I just did my second sleep study since 2013, and my pressure setting dropped from 12 to 9, it is kinda unexpected, I figured it would increase over time, has anyone else had results trend lower like this?

That's some great news!! Im glad that you're pretty hands-on in monitoring your healthcare. Thats not super common but definitely a good sign. Some people do see their needs decrease over time, maybe due to better overall health or improved therapy. Congrats on the positive progress big time!!

That really is good news, but there's something that got me wondering. You said the previous study was in 2013, isn't that too much time between studies? I thought they were a year or two apart.

I totally get why you'd be surprise by that but it's not unheard of for it to go down. I've read a few folks sharing similar experiences. Sometimes, lifestyle changes, like even subtle improvements in diet, more consistent exercise, or even just better sleep hygiene can make a difference! Although it's also a possibility that maybe your first study was just a little off for some reason, or the tech has improved? Either way, it sounds like a good thing! Less pressure is usually more comfortable!
