A couple of months ago I was diagnose and it's official now. The doc recommended CPAP and not else I can say about this.

Welcome @Prajdimajdi, glad you joined! Getting that CPAP prescription is a big first step. Stick with it and you’ll start noticing the benefits. Don’t hesitate to ask questions here. We’ve all been there.
