Dry mouth and throat with CPAP

I'm consistently dealing with a really dry throat and mouth most nights when using my CPAP machine. It's gotten to the point where it's pretty disruptive to my sleep. I've tried adjusting a few things on my own, but I'm still waking up feeling parched. I'm concerned if my device needs replacement. Has anyone else experienced this and found a good solution?

Dryness can usually be linked to not enough humidification or a leak in your mask. Consider turning up the humidity settings, or if you have the option, switch to a heated hose.

Dry mouth is the CPAP industry's dirty little secret, they'll blame your settings or technique, but truth is, many machines just suck at humidification. Replacing it often means throwing cash at the same flaw
