Helping my wife with her CPAP setup

My wife started using mask liners with her full face setup and says they help a bit but she's still getting leaks near the nose. Has anyone else had better luck or found a liner that stays put?

Yeah, the liners can definitely help with comfort but they're not always a fix for leaks. try out Pad A Cheek liners, they're super soft and they tend to stay put better than the thinner generic ones, but hear if she's still getting leaks around the nose, it might be more of a fit issue than a liner issue

those nose leaks are one of the biggest challenges with CPAP. Liners are a good start, but sometimes they're not enough.
check other things that commonly cause leaks around the nose, even with liners, like skin oils/moisturisers, Humidity Settings, Pillow type/sleeping position, and even the chin strap

Absolutely, I totally get where you're coming from. My dad went through a rough patch with his full face mask, those nose leaks drove him bonkers for months. We tried using liners, which helped a bit, but the real game changer was when we tweaked his humidity settings and switched to a thinner, low-profile pillow. It's kind of funny, but just changing up his sleep angle made a huge difference and nixed half the leaks. It took some time to figure it all out, but once we nailed those little tweaks, his sleep got so much better. I really hope you all find the perfect setup for yourselves too!

Wow, thank you all for the invaluable advice. This is eye-opening. We hadn't even considered her pillow type so we'll start looking there. When you're troubleshooting is it better to change just 1 thing at a time to isolate the issue?
